Information that helps us respond

For an order question, include the order number and checkout email. Add a tracking number for delivery questions. For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items, photographs or video may help us review the issue. Privacy requests may require reasonable identity verification.

Do not send a full payment-card number, password, or verification code by ordinary email. Responses may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or a carrier investigation.
