Refund Policy

30-day request window

You may ask to return or exchange an eligible new item within 30 days after it is delivered. This is a request window; the parcel does not need to reach a return facility within those 30 days. Eligible non-defective returns include a change of mind or selection of the wrong model, size, or option, provided the item is unused and remains in its original condition.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us if an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, sent incorrectly, or materially different from its description. Keep the packaging and related parts while the request is reviewed, and include photographs or video when they help show the issue. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Approval and mailed returns

Email midufohugun749@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason for the request, and any relevant evidence. Wait for approval and the confirmed return address and instructions before mailing anything. The General mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse.

A free prepaid return label is included in the package for eligible approved returns. If it is missing or has been lost, contact us for assistance. The included label does not authorize an unapproved return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges and refunds

Eligible exchanges are accepted following review and depend on available inventory. After a refund is approved, we process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
