Using the store

Use this store lawfully and provide accurate information for orders and support. Do not interfere with site security, misuse another person's information, or attempt unauthorized access.

Products and orders

We aim to present Nanoleaf models, variants, compatibility, measurements, images, and prices accurately. Display settings and manufacturing tolerances can cause reasonable differences. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs only after the order and payment details are confirmed. Availability may change before acceptance.

Prices, tax, payment, and delivery

Prices and checkout totals are displayed in CAD. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown through checkout for the entered order and address. Payment is subject to authorization. Delivery estimates consist of the preparation and transit periods described in the Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible new defective and non-defective items may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery, and eligible exchanges are accepted following review and available inventory. Approval is required before mailing. The package includes a free prepaid return label for an eligible approved return, and no restocking fee is charged. Approved refunds are processed or initiated within 10 days. Full conditions are in the Refund Policy.

Content and consumer rights
