Currency and payment choices

Product prices and checkout totals are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). The payment methods currently available for a particular order are shown securely at checkout. Footer card icons are informational displays and are not a record that each card type has been independently test-paid.

Authorization and order acceptance

Payment information is submitted for authorization when an order is placed. An authorization, pending amount, or temporary hold is not by itself final acceptance of the order. Billing details should match those held by the payment provider.

Declined or pending payments

A bank or provider may decline, delay, or temporarily hold a transaction. Check the entered details and contact the issuing institution when necessary. Our team cannot override an issuer decision or ask for passwords or verification codes. For store assistance, use Contact Us.

Refund timing

After a refund is approved, it is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
