Where and how we ship

This Canadian store presents delivery options and charges in CAD at checkout for the address and items entered. Available services can vary by destination, product size, and carrier coverage.

Processing and transit

After payment is authorized, we normally prepare orders within 1–2 business days. This preparation period is separate from transit. Once dispatched, standard delivery is estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and no specific arrival date is guaranteed.

Addresses and tracking

Please check the delivery address before submitting an order. When tracking is available, it is sent with the dispatch confirmation. Carrier scans may take time to update.

Delayed, missing, or damaged parcels

If tracking is delayed, shows delivery when the parcel has not arrived, or the package arrives damaged, email midufohugun749@gmail.com with the order number, tracking details, and helpful photographs. We will review the available carrier information and explain the next step.
